In a world where black and white thinking often dominates, I believe healing happens in the beautiful shades of grey. It's where we learn to embrace life's complexities rather than fight them, where imperfection becomes part of the journey, and where growth can exist alongside uncertainty. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness to help you navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, insight, and self-compassion. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. One that welcomes vulnerability, authenticity, and curiosity without judgment. Together, we'll explore the patterns, strengths, and experiences that have shaped your story, uncovering the wisdom that's already within you and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and women's issues. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, processing a loss, or trying to find your footing during a season of change, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
I am committed to lifelong learning and continually pursue additional training to better support my clients. My interests include dream work, as well as training with Dr. Michael Shafer in Alzheimer's disease and dementia, both of which have deepened my understanding of the many ways grief, anxiety, and life's transitions shape our lives. Every opportunity to learn allows me to show up more thoughtfully for the people who trust me with their stories.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and I don't take that trust lightly. My hope is that our work together becomes a place where you can set down what you've been carrying, make sense of the parts of yourself that feel confusing, and reconnect with the parts that have always been there beneath the noise. Together, we'll celebrate your strengths, gently explore the places that need healing, and embrace the beautiful shades of grey that make us human. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey!
I primarily work with people navigating the lasting effects of complex trauma and narcissistic abuse. Many feel caught in cycles of self-blame, anxiety, or difficulty in relationships. They want to better understand themselves, manage triggers, and rebuild a sense of identity. Often, they’re looking for tools that go deeper than coping skills- approaches that reconnect mind and body, calm the nervous system, and help them move forward with strength and clarity. Additionally, I provide couples counseling.
I specialize in trauma recovery using EMDR, parts work, somatic techniques, and attachment-based approaches to address both mind and body. I also provide consultation for professionals working with clients affected by narcissistic abuse, and I provide attachment-based couples counseling.
Recovery from trauma is possible, and therapy can help you get unstuck from patterns that no longer serve you. If you’re ready to do the work of understanding yourself in a deeper way, I’d be glad to support you. Together we’ll find an approach that fits your needs and goals.
