Florida Residents: We accept self-pay/private pay clients only at this time.
Washington Residents: Tiffany Grey is credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Regence, United Healthcare, United Healthcare EAP.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged the $50 cancellation fee.
No Surprises Act: Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Please ask your Counselor for further details.
